I have been to this Bob evans so many times in the past. I thought I knew what to expect. Instead I received disappointment. I went for the pancakes I used to enjoy. Lite fluffy and sweet almost like cake pancakes. Instead I had crispy ends, and nothing like the past. I am hoping I just had a horrible cook and they have not changed the recipe. One more time in another city Bob Evans before I give up on you.

Came here for a quick afternoon bite but then realized that getting a quick meal at Bob Evans on a weekend is analogous to rush hour on a Friday afternoon - be prepared to wait. We were eventually sat, and service was spot on. The waitress was juggling several parties of 5+ and was attentive. However, the food was lacking. It was clear that the kitchen was slinging orders as fast as they could. Every plate that came to the table looked like they just dumped the food on it. For the price and quality of food, there are way too many other options in the area.

I can agree with most people that the downfall here is the wait on food. I can't knock it down to one star because although slow, it wasn't unbearable.

The kindest kid, had to be his first week as a host, greeted us and asked my little one her name and favorite color so he can grab a kids straw accordingly. He was so kind and thorough as he sat us. Kudos to his parents for raising such a young man and to Bob Evans for hiring him.

Our orders were taken relatively quickly (maybe 8mins later). Hubs and I ordered the same country biscuit and my little got a chicken tender kids meal. Everything tasted good in typically Bob Evans fashion but I was surprised how good the kids meal was! It was delicious! Hubs and I ate all of my kiddos leftovers haha!

It's too bad the service can't be quicker. They do have hiring signs out so I assume they just can't keep guys and gals in the kitchen.

    Absolute Nightmare!!

My second visit in 4 days. The first day, service was great. Went off without a hitch.

Today, we arrived at 10:00. We were sat @ 10:05. Our order was taken and our drinks brought. The grumble of the restaurant grew very loud.

There were 5 tables around us who were sat before us that hadn't received their food. The cooks were completely overwhelmed. 1 on each side. All you heard were apologies. There was minimal food coming out and no one helping the back line. There was no one expediting.

At 10:45 we had no food and neither did any of the other tables. We decided to leave. There was no point in asking for the manager. I'm sure they're a great spot during the week; but should be skipped at all costs on the weekend.

A pretty mediocre location overall. The staff here is really nice and a lot of them seem like they've worked here for a long time. You can tell they have a lot of regular customers that enjoy being there.

The food here is what makes this place mediocre. I can't put my finger on it but for some reason the food is not as good as other locations. I always get an omelet and it always seems like the egg to toppings ratio is not right. Too much egg, not enough filling. I get the hash browns and they are usually undercooked. The best part is their browned top and more times than not that part is either not too much of the hash browns or sometimes none at all.

It's not awful food but not that great either. Every time I go to this location I leave thinking that I don't like Bob Evans food that much. So I stay away for a while, but then I go to another location and the food is a lot better. I don't know what's causing their food to be not as good here but they should probably look into it.
